The mega-yachts they are talking about are not your typical powerboat that you can park in your local marina. These are monster boats that take nearly four years to build and can be longer than the State of Liberty is tall.
One of the most famous Mega-Yachts is the Octopus (pictured above) owned by Microsoft's Paul Allen.

Wow, I couldn't imagine ever being able to afford a yacht that size. Hell, the premium alone probably costs more than my current boat! Still, one can dream...:-)
